Being able to sprint and jump as we age means we can live life to the fullest. Its more than just being better at sport.

It helps you catch yourself from a stumble, play with your kids and grandkids, your dogs, and allows you to walk around more confidently, knowing you can conquer anything in life.

Simply adding athletic coordination drills and extensive plyometrics at the end of your warm-ups and prioritizing full-range strength training will go a long way to maintaining athleticism.
