Here’s a simple test you can try: perform a single-leg calf raise and see how many quality reps you can hit without losing height or control.

Calf strength matters more than most people think, it supports ankle stability, improves gait and running mechanics, helps with jumping and sprinting power, and reduces injury risk up the chain.
