Dark License to Kill (DLTK) is the made-up fifth difficulty in GoldenEye. In DLTK, you maximize the enemy statistics in 007 mode:
Enemy health: 1000%
Enemy damage: 1000%
Enemy accuracy: 100%
Enemy reaction speed: 100%
With these settings, enemies take about 10 headshots to kill, they usually kill you in one hit, they rarely miss, and they react quickly.
I made this and my other DLTK videos a while ago, but I only uploaded the ones I thought might be interesting. Now, though, I figure I might as well upload them all in case anyone wants to see them. Keep in mind that many of these videos are very boring. My only goal was to beat the levels, so I was slow and cautious. To see faster videos, look here:

Statue is my least favorite DLTK level. It's almost all about luck. The strategy I use to escape from the shotgun guards increases your odds of survival somewhat, but the level still requires almost no skill.
