I purchased my first State Bicycle Co. fixed gear bike (Undefeated II) in 2016 when I was living in Japan and doing some training at the local Keirin Tracks.
Unfortunately, the Undefeated line is discontinued now, but the new State 6061 Black Label V3 looks like it will be a great budget track bike / fixed gear bike.
