This week one of us is away, and one of us is building alone, or at least trying to, as the cold, and storm Bert do their best to slow things down!
We are attempting to convert an old abandoned barn into a cosy wooden cabin to get us through the winter whilst we are unexpectedly stationary at our remote cottage in Ireland.
We've hit pause on the traditional cottage renovation to try and get comfortable for Christmas, a deadline that looking less and less likely each day!
