Join me for Episode 1 of my Cities: Skylines series where I start building a new city without using any assets or mods from the Steam Workshop! I recently took advantage of the DLC sales during the release of Campus so the objective of this series is to experience the new content (for me anyway) and build a city while unlocking everything along the way!
DLCs enabled: After Dark, Snowfall, Match Day, Natural Disasters (with disasters at ~25%), Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, and Industries
