This video features a guide on how to get the Sushi Backpack Trophy in the Classified Assignment: Central Aquarium. Please refer to the description for a complete written guide with timestamps!
1) Starting at the labs (0:00) move east into the first lab and shoot the door across the room in the second lab (0:08).
2) Exit the labs and move south into the area with the filtration machinery (0:14).
3) Look up south-south east to the second floor and shoot the yellow electrical box on the wall (0:16).
4) Go east (0:20) down the stairs and across the room and north into the stairwell (0:26). (Yes, I know this wasn't the most direct route :D)
5) Head up the stairs and enter the first door on the right and go immediately left into the Chemistry Lab (0:28) (this is the door we unlocked in step 1).
6) Loot the Upper Lab Key from the body in the north west corner of the lab (0:35).
7) Return to the first floor of the filtration room (0:48) and head towards the southwest corner (0:48). Enter the gate to the right of the Foam Fractionator (0:52).
8) Follow the hallway, enter the stairwell (0:58), and go up two floors to the Monitoring Labs (1:08) (I believe this is the room that was unlocked after shooting the electrical box in step 3). Go through the eastern doorway (1:11).
9) Loot your sushi backpack trophy!
