Before you tackle the big project, start with something smaller.

In fact, start with something that can support the larger vision.

That’s exactly what we’re doing with this purpose-built workshop and garage. More than just a place to park vehicles or store equipment, it’s an opportunity to refine ideas, test construction methods, and establish the quality and craftsmanship that will carry through the entire estate.

This 15 m × 7 m facility has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate vehicle parking, equipment storage, repairs, estate maintenance, and a dedicated utility room for future solar systems. Every space has a purpose, and every decision contributes to the bigger picture.

Sometimes the smartest way to build something extraordinary isn’t to begin with the centerpiece—it’s to begin with the foundation that will support it.

Along the way, you’ll gain valuable insight, improve your processes, and finish with a completed project that continues to serve the next phase of the journey.

Good design isn’t just about the final destination.

It’s about making every step along the way meaningful.

Follow the journey.
