In this video you gonna find out why slow living is so benefical, how to start a slow living lifestyle and what slow living will change in your life.
I've been on a slow living journey or three years now and what got me into it, was that I needed a contrast to our very fast paced existence in this modern world. I wanted a life worth living back, far from all the noise and so I started:
- limiting my screen time radically
- spending more time in silence
- cultivating wonderful slow living habits
- practicing mindfulness and gratitude
These are my most important slow living tips for beginners by the way.
Slow living enabled me to live in the present moment and feel gratitude for everything I have. I became more confident and less insicure and finally knew what I really want in life and what is important. You can say that I found purpose in life, got so much happier over all and really lived these past three years!!
