That album was 10 x 10 and had 9 1/2 x 9 1/2 pages. This one is downsized to 8 x 8, with 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 pages. It is made exactly the same, it just is in a smaller version.
For this smaller version I am using the "Stars and Stripes" collection by Country Craft Creations, in the 8 x 8 paper size. countrycraftcreations.com/search?type=product&q=stars%20and%20stripes* I am also using Artisan Cardstock in Navy, Red and Natural. countrycraftcreations.com/collections/artisan-cardstock The seam binding is also available here, countrycraftcreations.com/collections/seam-binding. I used 2 (12 x 12) heavy weight chipboard pieces, Navy cardstock (approximately 18 sheets), Natural in approximately 6 sheets, and one Red Cardstock.
Below is a cut and scoring guide. I will not do a tutorial on this smaller size, as the pieces are done in the exact same manner as the Berry Fields album tutorial mentioned above.

Then so an extra 1/2" score on the 10 to create a 4th 1/2" score but only through the bottom scores of the pockets. You will cut these bottom "rectangles" out. This is demonstrated in the tutorial.
