WOW this video was CRAZY. So I've been wanting to do a sci-fi Star Wars type video for a while now, but the one I was previously working on (Which was about Jasmine being a senator and Kida being an assassin for higher falling in love) got quickly scrapped because I lost motivation. But since the SW gods have been practically screaming at me to edit this video for almost two weeks now, I feel like it's a good enough time as any to work on it.
So here it is! My fanmade trailer for my own story that takes place in the Star Wars universe. Here's the synopsis and shit.
CAST:
Mulan - Lyra Novar
Akima - Kyfi Novar
Jasmine - Rieva Baji
Kida - Ayy’fenn
Kashekim - Master Wyndaru
Kale - Vero Halcorr
PLOT:
A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away, and years before the Clone Wars, there was a young Jedi padawan named Lyra Novar who fled from the Jedi Order after an incident occurred. She ends up reuniting with her sister Kyfi, who she hasn't seen in years, and her partner Varan. Together they travel the star systems and begin to reconnect. However, Lyra's past catches up to her in a way she didn't dare expect. Now she must decide who she's loyal, what she's fighting for, who's side she's on, and what it truly means to be peace keeper.
NOTES:
-Lyra and Rieva were a couple in secret, as having romantic attachments of any kind was forbidden among the Jedi
-Rieva was a Jedi but then became a Sith after being lied to about the circumstances of Lyra's disappearance by Wyndaru
-Vero was a loner pirate, but then he became a smuggler with Kyfi
-Kyfi hates the Jedi and has a grudge against her sister for being so loyal to them for so many years
-Ayy’fenn ALSO hates the Jedi and uses the balance of the force instead the light side or dark side. She's what I call a Force priestess, as she also doesn't have a lightsaber
-Fun fact 1: Rieva lightsaber was blue before she became a Sith
-Fun fact 2: While not shown in the video, B.E.N. is a droid apart of Varan and Kyfi's little smuggling group. (Though in the story’s canon, their droid only speaks binary)
-Helga is one of Kyfi's dealers and in my mind Kyfi pays back with some more "personal" favors ;)

What’s this? TWO mermay MEP parts in a row??? Say it ain’t so.
Well this was very much unplanned. SeleneTheWerewolf has had this pirate & mermaid themed MEP up for a few years now, and seeing as I had some time on my hands I thought I’d help out in getting it done! And boy did I decide to challenge myself.
I’ve been wanting to edit an older couple on here for quite sometime, as I feel the few older characters we do have access to are not used much in the romance setting. I feel there’s a lot of interesting and unique combos you can do for it. And here’s one to start!
I love love LOVE using Hassan so much, he has such a good variety of footage. I wanted to use him in Arcade, originally, but I wasn’t happy with how the part was coming out so I decided to scrape it and use him here instead. Which therefore meant using Athena has the mermaid of choice! And uh lemme tell ya she is no Ariel. She gave me a LOT of trouble in this part. But it was worth it because I do think these two look cute together and I really like the final product a lot! Enjoy!
STORY:
A lonely pirate has a secret: he’s in love with a mermaid, and visits her on an abandoned shoreline. Unfortunately, the secret gets out and he’s ambushed by rival pirates who blackmail him to give away her location. The lovers now find themselves to be prisoners, the pirate being the only one to remain alive. But he won’t let that to happen, and acts accordingly.")
