In this Star Wars: Legion tier list, we break down the fastest units in the game — the ones that shape the battlefield through speed, mobility, and board control.
For this list, we judged a Fast Mover to be:
A unit with a base Speed 3, or
A unit that can routinely move three times per turn through keywords, abilities, or upgrades.
We rank each eligible unit based on:
Effective Board Control – How well the unit converts its speed into real map presence — claiming objectives, denying zones, or forcing repositioning.
Survivability in Motion – Defensive keywords, cover access, or size that allow the unit to stay alive while using its mobility.
Tempo Influence – How much its movement dictates activation order or shapes the timing of engagements and objectives.
Efficiency & Scalability – How much value the unit provides per point — consistent output across multiple turns or copies.
Synergy & Command Integration – How its mobility interacts with command cards, upgrades, or list support, and whether it functions independently.
Role Purity – How much of its design is truly mobility-driven versus serving another role (gunline, support, or melee anchor).
