In 2026, I set myself a simple challenge: paint one model every day for a year.

This is the first update in the series, covering January and early February, where the focus has been entirely on Konflikt ’47.

In this episode I:

Finish off a major project that started last year

Complete a full British Commonwealth force

Build a themed army for an upcoming battle report

Introduce the tracking system I’m using to stay accountable

This series is about consistency, realistic hobby goals, and keeping momentum over the long term — not chasing perfection.
