Mowing down stormtroopers, droids, and more in the first ~26 minutes of the recently-released remaster of Star Wars: Dark Forces.
Originally developed by LucasArts in 1995, Star Wars: Dark Forces takes the fast-paced gameplay one would expect from any other FPS from that era and splices it with a strong story-driven campaign complete with voice-acted cutscenes and objective-oriented level design.
This remastered version from Nightdive Studios runs on the KEX engine and features higher-resolution textures, updated cutscenes, support for up to 4K resolution and 120 FPS, and even a bunch of bonus content detailing the game's development.
As with most modern releases, Star Wars: Dark Forces Remaster is now available on both Steam and GOG via the following links:
