The Enterprise has been ordered to rendevouz with a Ferengi vessel, the captain of which wanting to present Captain Picard with a gift of friendship. - The USS Stargazer, Picard's old starship thought destroyed some decades earlier.
Prior to that first meeting however, Picard calls on Doctor Crusher to address the fact that he has a headache.
It's amusing to me that with 24th century medicine being nothing short of miraculous, Beverly admits to Picard that she seldom encounters patients with headaches. - So that's headaches all gone and she casually shrugs off the common cold as well! :-)
