A somewhat long-winded overview of how this tank build works. There is an ISE showing its performance in the role as well as a quick overview of the parsing results.
Important note: If you are running with a torpedo boat, or the DPS team you are supporting uses Concentrate Firepower 3 to enhance their torpedoes, you need to manually fire your torp carefully at targets not under CF3, or swap to Redirecting Arrays and drop the torp altogether. Otherwise, you will "steal" high yield shots from the team you are supporting, lowering their DPS.
