In short, high end PvP will be unaffected and mostly the same. However, I hoped we would see changes to targeting stealth. If you take nothing away from this video, understand that the issue is not Intel Team + Exitus, it is combining those with Attack Pattern Lambda's negative 625 perception debuff.
