Class One railroads were well supplied with a plethora of modern GE locomotives for use on their main line trains. For EMD fans, BNSF occasionally ran several trains with older EMD’s on their Staples Subdivision in Minnesota. In Volume 5, we capture these veteran EMD’s leading trains from January through September of 2022.
A huge variety of 4 and 6 axle EMD’s can be seen on both local and road freights. We also caught some military moves to Camp Ripley.
Most of these classic locomotives are on borrowed time, so capturing these was a must. Two hours of great EMD entertainment is here in Staples Sub EMDs, Volume 5!
