Personal review of the FlexiSpot Sit Stand Desk Riser (35"): Sitting too much is bad for your health. Prolonged standing also causes problems. This sit-stand workstation encourages you to mix it up.

As a film editor, I often work long hours, sitting and staring at monitors. My whole job is about shaping movements. Why not move while editing? Not only does this help prevent cardiovascular disease, but it also enables me to feel more in touch with the action on-screen (as I can move to the rhythm of the edit).
