This is my (2nd!) entry for the Bushman 2008 World Ukulele Video Contest.

We've all had feelings we've perhaps acted on inappropriately, right? But don't worry, viewer, this song is probably not about you*.
I wrote it when I was in the starving art school duo, PAPEL MOLIDO (so named because thats all we could afford to eat). I am now a well-to-do Art Professor, so I can afford all the delicious mayonnaise I want. Well, Assistant Professor. Actually, I wont have a job in January, so if anyone has any ideas, PM me.
My friend Patricio and I have since gone our separate musical ways (see how terribly, terribly separate by visiting myspace.com/khaosoccultus), but we have attempted the occasional long distance collaboration and still send each other birthday emails and celebrate the (fictional) anniversary of the formation of the band (August 13, 1975) by eating (fictional) stew. Or if not eating, then at least reflecting upon the significance of.
*unless you are author and (famous) minor television personality, JOHN HODGMAN, then it is totally about you. Ha, ha, ha. No, seriously- Mr. Hodgman, you may be on the road right now, and I may not know how to drive, but I can still dedicate sing creepy songs to you.
A NOTE ABOUT THE UKULELE- because some have asked. It is an eleuke made, and given (I KNOW- AWESOME!) to me by Daryl Duus. You may recognize it from my Beirut/Police mash-up video, with Bigfoot looking on. I don't keep it at home, so it doesn't get played as often as it ought to.
