My son turns 2 years old soon and I wanted to get him a “motorbike”. After doing some research I found out that the Stacyc 12 e-drive is one of the best starter bikes.
I was also really interested in the Oset 12.5 and of course the Yamaha PW50.But I think that the Stacyc 12 is the smallest en most easy accessible for a small kid.
They don’t look scary, don’t make a lot of sound, are not hot, not smelly, not heavy. Almost like a normal walking bike, except they don’t have to walk ;-) So very easy for your toddler to start with!
My boy (who had some experience with normal walking bikes) drove it off straight away. And he never looked at his old bikes again.
It’s a perfect bike to learn how to keep your balance and for throttle control. And it’s a lot of fun.
The only problem is that he doesn’t want to stop anymore. So be prepared to run after your child the first few days.
It’s all a lot of fun, but please always be very careful with your precious child.
