Anger - Rumpelstiltskin/Mr. Gold. When he is angry, he is completely comsumed by it, he is like a poster man for anger. That's how I imagine anger.
Rumpel had a good reason to be angry, starting off with being powerless when they wanted to take away his son which resulted in his becoming The Dark One, then of course Regina and her lies and deception, hiding Belle for 28 years, then Belle's father (featuring just a bit, as I wanted to concentrate on Rumpel-Regina-Belle situation) who wouldn't hear for her because she was associated with The Dark One.
However, anger can't always be justified if it is aimed at a totally wrong person, especially if the angry one has a completely imaginary situation in his head, contrary to reality, and he wouldn't listen to Belle, nor believe when she basically said she loved him. He even thought she conspired with Regina to "kill the beast", or strip him off his powers. Oh, how wrong he was, but since he was delusioned, he had a reason to be really angry, and that scene in particular shows all phases of anger perfectly.
As for Regina... of course she manipulated Belle, but funnily enough she made her happy with the revelation of the True Love's Kiss power. Of course Regina wanted to kill the beast, no doubt about that, and his anger is totally in place. But keeping Belle locked up like that for 28 years - OMG I'd have done away with her on the spot. The only credit she gets for not killing her. :P
Anger can be purifying but most of the time, after it's flushed out, "all you have is an empty heart and a chipped cup".

![[spoilers 8x5] Game of Thrones ~ Cersei ~ Daenerys ft Arya ~ Look what you made me do cover
I thought Taylor Swifts Look what you made me do was perfect for the Cersei-Daenerys showdown. The song is a cover, since TS is very protective of her stuff, so its respected.
Arya is also featured with her list since apparently she inspired the lyrics back then, but NOW, they fit this fight more.
Happy watching :)
