MetalSeadramon from the Dark Masters is here to bring terror! This is a character I did fairly quickly in the past 3 days or so. It was always something that I wanted to create, but I didn't have time to do so due to larger projects. Despite his sort of limited sprites I managed to make up a full moveset for him that contains all of his iconic attacks one way or another.

-MetalSeadramon's original sprites were made by DragonRod.
Note: This character only works with CMC+ so if you don't have the game then you have to download that first too.
