To start off:
Disclaimer! The mod wasn't made to prove SSF2 developers anything. My mods are made for fun and to entertain people.
Anyways after a long wait I decided to fix up some stuff on Ruffy due to the fact that he was kind of broken (well he might still be) and some sprites were just the SSF2 Beta ones. Now I changed some of the moves that were extremely broken, changed up the Beta sprites to be like (or atleast closer) to the Gigant Battle 2 style, not to mention I resized him to be much smaller.
Later on the line there will be something special to come for Ruffy once everything is done so stay tuned for that!
Ruffy, Chopper (Post-Timeskip), Killua, Alabasta Docks and Thousand Sunny mods were done by me.
I don't know who made the Thousand Sunny sprites, because I found them on a pixeljoint site through Google Images.
