This is an adult female squirrel fighting a snake. She looks pregnant but could also have some young nearby she is protecting. It looks like she gets bit a few times but it happens so fast it's hard to tell for sure. The snake never does lock in. I would expect one penetrating bite would do the squirrel in though.
