This is a special cover. It's my first ever cover collab. I collaborated with Uhrwerk Klockwerx on this one. It's a song from the 2001 GBA game Spyro: Season of Ice. It's an isometric platformer, and it was one of the first two Spyro games (along with Enter the Dragonfly) to not be developed by Insomiac Games (You read that right, folks. Before they brought out Ratchet & Clank in 2002, they were the ones who introduced the world to Spyro the Dragon in 1998). The game is apparently an alternate sequel to the original Spyro trilogy that came out on PSX, involving Spyro releasing fairies from different realms before defeating an enemy called Grendor. The game had mixed-to-average reviews, and spawned a sequel in 2002 with the title "Spyro 2: Season of Flame." The song Uhrwerk chose was Market Mesa, particularly because of its drumloop. I used GBAMusRiper in order to extract the samples that made up the drumloop, and use it on the YM2612. We combined our styles of covering, taking advantage of what both chips on the Sega Genesis offers. I had a lot of fun in my first ever cover collab. Here is his upload of the same cover: youtu.be/Kn6ajCjVnOg
