The Rockwall Tri Club showed up in a big way at the 2026 Rockwall Kiwanis Tri Rock Triathlon!
This annual sprint triathlon, hosted at the J.E.R. Chilton YMCA in Rockwall, featured a 150-yard pool swim, a 10-mile bike ride, and a 5K run, bringing together athletes of all experience levels for a morning of racing and community. The event also serves as a fundraiser benefiting the Rockwall Kiwanis Club and its programs supporting local children.
Our club was proud to support the race from every angle. While many of our athletes toed the starting line and raced, other members volunteered behind the scenes by helping with athlete check-in and working one of the on-course water stations. Triathlon simply doesn't happen without volunteers, and it was awesome to give back to an event that means so much to the local endurance community.
In this video, you'll experience:
• Race morning and athlete check-in
• Behind-the-scenes volunteer action
• Swim, bike, and run highlights
• The energy of the Rockwall triathlon community
• Team camaraderie from the Rockwall Tri Club
Whether you're thinking about your first triathlon or you're a seasoned racer, we hope this video gives you a glimpse of what makes local racing so special.
🏊🚴🏃 Thanks to everyone who raced, volunteered, cheered, and helped make this event a success!
