Description: A male Barrows Goldeneye is paired with a female Common Goldeneye. They stay together, and he drives away other male Common Goldeneyes that try to sneak by to get close to her. Carruthers Creek Marsh in Ajax, Ontario, on 15 March 2020. Barrows Goldeneyes are rare in southern Ontario
