A bird from Shropshire, UK was captured carrying an unusually large meal after snatching a painted lady butterfly from the air.
Wildlife photographer Andrew Fusek-Peters, 61, photographed the spotted flycatcher near Cefn Einion as it gathered food for its young before embarking on a 5,000-mile migration to Africa.
He said it was only the second time in 15 years he had seen a flycatcher carrying a butterfly, making the rare moment a remarkable wildlife sighting.
