In this introduction to sport climbing gear, we spoke to Team GB climber and Petzl athlete, Molly Thompson-Smith, and got her to bring some equipment with her to show us what gear you need and how to use it properly and safely when sport climbing. Molly is an avid climber who's been at it since she was just seven years old, now, as we mentioned, she climbs for Petzl and Team GB. Molly's experience and passion for climbing is what makes us think she's the right woman for the job when it comes to introducing new folk to sport climbing.
