Spokane Spangle and Palouse Railway had just finished moving some loaded propane tank cars into their storage yard near Spangle WA. Afterword they took the buffer car and headed south to do other work. Here are a few views of the train in and around Spangle. Of interest the third locomotive is a former Kennecott Copper high cab GP39-2.
