The Compass I got from Pipyoni Cliffs was directional-based, leading into this Sampler Dungeon.
This Sampler Dungeon is meant to teach you how to use the Bombloons, a Tactical Gadget.
You deploy balloons filled with ink, and then you shoot them to make them explode. For each Bombloon you throw out at a time, they automatically link into each other through a stickier line of ink that can damage targets. No matter how far away from each other they are, if you splat one, you explode them all.
Use both the Bombloons' explosions and the sticky ink connecting them together to deal with this Sampler Dungeon's balloon targets and get another Skill Tome for your efforts.
