Los Angeles-based eclectic rock unit and recent Housecore Records signees SPIRIT IN THE ROOM ‘s full live performance, portions of which initially debuted as part of En Minor’s livestream earlier this month. The twenty-two-minute set was filmed at The Brite Room, an extension of Music Freqs music store in Camarillo, California (formerly Rock City Studios) and serves as a precursor to the band’s as-yet-untitled EP, set for release in 2021.
Comments Housecore Records’ Philip H. Anselmo (Pantera, Down, En Minor, Scour, et al), “SPIRIT IN THE ROOM’s set was excellent. The band was tight, the tones were sonic, and lead singer Dennis Sanders was hungry. All the makings of a band with a massive future.”
Adds Sanders, “This was a blast to do. A little awkward but the good kind of awkward. We just had to hit the ground running and that’s what we did. I’m grateful to the Housecore Family for giving us the opportunity to do it.”
