I'd never flown Spirit Air before, and had only heard bad things. Poor customer service, nickel and diming customers, consistently late arrivals.... I experienced none of these things and was genuinely impressed by the "Go Big" experience. It's an upgrade that is reasonably priced that assures you won't be fleeced at the airport. You pay for all of the upcharges that they're known for upfront. And the Big Seat was super comfortable!
