How active are spiders in the yard? Just ask the local heavy fog to swing by, and you'll know the answer!
When conditions are right, fog can occur, which involves water vapor condensing, usually around incredibly small pieces of solid dust in the atmosphere. When those conditions are present, however, condensation can occur on nearly any surface...including spider webs!
