I've somehow managed to make them work, got inspired by @UltimateGoblin and @sonic_exe2312.

The animations look pretty cool, though I wonder why they didn't add them, it's really easy to set this up.

My steps were:
1) Use this command "editactor class=SpideyPawn"
2) Open Webhead section
3) Edit IdleRest, IdleRanged and IdleMelee, all you have to do is write their names there again.
4) Open IdleFidgets.
5) Add Fidget2 and Fidget3 one by one.

That's all you have to do! Hope you enjoy.
