NOTE: You have to use PPSSPP emulator.

To install them make a folder named TEXTURES in PSP folder, then make another folder named ULUS10317 and put the mods there.
Including the texture.ini

NOTE 2: Don't forget to change the settings as well! All you need to do is:

PPSSPP Settings - Tools - Developer Tools - Replace textures
