Made it pretty far due to an early jetpack and shotgun combo, but ultimately I couldn't get to the Black Market or make it past the Mothership.

Spelunky Lesson of the Day: Though the psychic blasts from the Alien Lords are slow, it's bad to be in tight spaces with them nearby as the blasts will pass through walls effortlessly while you might not be so lucky.

1:17 - I decided against bombing here since my immediately previous Daily Challenge run was a trainwreck. Better to save a bomb if I really need it, and damsels are common enough in the open anyway.

3:22 - It's always nice to get a jetpack and shotgun combo early on for a comparatively stress free run through Spelunky.

11:37 - Ah, and I was so close to the entrance too! This is another reason you should have two bombs for the Market entrance, as you'll often be close but not quite there when using the first bomb. However, upon review of the footage I did notice that I clearly chose the wrong direction and just didn't pay enough attention. Had the entrance actually been where I directed my bomb, I would've seen some leaf decorations poking out of the terrain and hinting at that. Since I didn't see anything like that, I should've guessed it was buried in the denser terrain below.

19:22 - I'm pretty surprised I didn't end up going for the crate above the altar (I could've bombed through the ceiling), though I suppose I might've just not noticed it at the time.

28:25 - Normally the alien tanks are a pitiful enemy due to their tendency to launch bombs just at the right places to blow themselves up, but they can be a hassle if their bombs hit you in mid-air (like when flying with the jetpack, exactly like this moment here). It's bad to be stunned and falling in general, but especially in a level as explosive as this one.

29:25 - If only I didn't accidentally hit that spring pad, I probably could've gotten through this level and into the Temple with the rarely acquired Plasma Cannon. The placement of the major enemies here shows why I suggest generally avoiding this level, as I really didn't have any reprieve from the Alien Lords or even the Alien Queen and shopkeeper if I wanted to go anywhere near the top of this generated level. It's rare when these enemies are placed such that they aren't a pain in the ass.
