Slipped my mind to do one for the 12th and 13th as I was working on Rayman Legends, but I'm trying to be more vigilant about recording these before its too late and the server resets. As you can probably tell from other videos, I don't exclude the multitude of crappier runs for Daily Challenges, so it's not like I'm hiding anything, I just am forgetful at times.
Spelunky Lesson of the Day: Entering the Black Market with no bombs is a terrible idea. It will be very hard to avoid or redirect the shopkeepers up top without any.
12:21 - I was pretty proud of my ability to make a decently tall staircase out of the terrain with bombs since I completely lacked ropes or any other vertical navigation aid but still wanted to recover the damsel for the Kapala.
14:04 - Hmm, real good hiding spot. It was fortunate for me though, as I only had one bomb and likely would've had trouble reaching a more hidden spot.
15:26 - Knowing what I know now, I regret not taking the Tiki Man's boomerang below me there. I really don't know what I was thinking going into the Black Market with pissed off shopkeepers and next to no means to actually engage them. (Note that I didn't bother trying to face this level's exit-guarding shopkeeper because I might've ran out of ropes to get all the way back to the entrance and because no weapon and no bombs meant I was unlikely to defeat him unless he got caught in some hazard, which didn't really seem present.)
16:13 - I pretty much didn't have a real plan in terms of what to do, and I predictably got killed because of it. I suppose I could've tried sneaking to the 12 pack of bombs nearby, but the shopkeepers were triggered quickly and there really was no way to get away from them unless they somehow would've been able to fall off the edge into the Ankh area way on the right (but that doesn't always happen).
