Hello! In this video I will show you how to remove green reflections from the grass in this photo.
I will start by taking white balance eye dropper and clicking on a neutral color. You can leave it this way, or you can go further and find a place with a green reflection. Here's what happened. The green shade was almost gone, but the grass became too cold and a purple hue appeared on the houses. I will fix it. I do not have objects with a purple color here. The shingles of the houses are brown. Therefore, I can shift the purple colors on the grid towards red and simultaneously decrease their saturation. It has become much better. Obviously, this area in the photo has the same color as the fronton of the house, that is, it has a blue color, so I will move it on the grid in the direction of blue shades.
Now I’m going to adjust the grass. I will increase the saturation of the grass on AB grid. Green reflections remained on neutral colors in the shade. These colors are unsaturated, they are here on the grid. Therefore, I will further reduce their saturation by pulling the grid points to the center of the grid. I will make the grass a little darker with Volume tool.
It only remains to increase the saturation in the shadows, and reduce it in the highlights. So the white color in the photo will become even cleaner. Here's what happened. Here is a photo before, here is after!
That's all, I hope this video was useful! Bye everyone!
