k4yfour | Speedrunning Minecraft with Shaders (no commentary) @k4yfour | Uploaded 3 years ago | Updated 17 hours ago
this video used Sildur’s Vibrant Shaders v1.281 Extreme-Volumetric Lighting, found at sildurs-shaders.github.io/downloads . you have to download optifine at optifine.net/downloads . I played on Minecraft version 1.16.1 as piglin bartering has more favourable outcomes, such as more pearls, and piglin brutes do not exist in bastions.
I used the seed 2615551674090041194
i'm going to speedrun a lot of different routes with different shader packs, so let me know what shaders you'd like me to make these videos on ("visual ASMR gameplay" or "shader modded asmr speedruns"), i think videos to fall asleep to are cool. minecraft shaders showcase videos could be improved too
*** disclaimer: speedruns completed with optifine or shaders are not allowed on the speedrun.com leaderboards; your run will get denied, this is only for fun
I stream live on twitch at twitch.tv/k4yfour
twitter: twitter.com/k4yfour
let me know as well if I should just use minecraft music like this video, or use no-copyright lofi instead. any comments on the volume levels in this video are appreciated too - should I lower or raise music volume, lower or raise block breaking volume etc
