yes i do support no-f3 being a separate category, but f3 should be the main category as this is what speedrunning minecraft should be, optimised and reduced rng as much as possible. youll see streamers go several nethers without bastions which is frustrating for the runner and boring for the viewer, i recently had a 6hr session with 0 bastions, whereas now depending on our render distance we can almost guarantee a bastion in every nether, which means we get to play the game more and waste our time on bad nethers less. the game is overall more fun to play when you dont have multiple runs and hours lost to not having the essential focal point of the run. like most f3 usages, this only benefits average to below average seeds, an absolute god seed with a bastion and fortress connected off spawn does not benefit from this, it's merely a quality of life improvement and irl timesave that lets people play the game more
