In Acts 21, Paul arrives in Jerusalem after years of ministry among the Gentiles. Although the church’s leaders glorify God for all He has accomplished, false reports about Paul have created suspicion among the Jewish believers and now threaten the church’s fellowship.
This passage shows how speculation can turn inference into accusation, how unchecked suspicion can divide brothers and sisters, and how Christian love willingly bears the cost of pursuing peace. Paul does not compromise the gospel, but he freely surrenders his preferences, time, and resources to remove unnecessary barriers between himself and his brothers.

During this service, we will welcome new members into the fellowship, pray for Christ Redeemer Presbyterian Church, be called to worship from Psalm 150, sing together, confess our sins, receive the assurance of pardon, hear God’s Word proclaimed, partake of the Lord’s Supper, and enjoy our weekly Koinonia Feast.
Following the feast, we will gather in small groups to discuss and apply the sermon together.
