MCO2.0 很闷勒 可以做什么勒勒勒？！！
家庭版地下式烤肉 吸收天地精华而烤出来的地下烤肉
活动感想：
由于MCO的关系，大家都不能到处趴趴走，于是找了些网上简单易做的家庭活动，促进促进家庭关系之余，也能打法时间，体验不一样的生活，一举数得！
整体来说其实也比想象中简单易做，只是把材料都放下去用锡纸包好。反而起火方面比较困难，毕竟没什么经验，但还是成功起了火。火炭底下和锡纸上面必须放些石头 吸收热度及保持温度，避免温度太快散去而导致肉不熟。生米是为了吸收烟导致的苦涩味。
成品：调味料放的有些少，但整体来说味道比想象中好吃得多，果然真的不苦苦的， 肉质也算刚刚好。值得一试！

Activity thoughts:
Due to the MCO restrictions, everyone can't go around, so I found some easy-to-do family activities online which able to build family relationships and experience something new.
It was actually easier to do in reality than expected, just put all the materials into it and wrap it in tin foil. On the contrary, it was more difficult to start a fire as we didn't have experiences in starting fire. But we managed to start the fire at last. Some stones must be placed under the hot coal and on top of the tin foil to absorb the heat and maintain the temperature. It is to prevent the temperature from dissipating too quickly and make sure the meat is well-cooked.
Tasting: The seasoning putting was not that enough, but overall the taste is much better than expected, and the meat quality is just right. Worth a try!
