It's way easier than it looks like - In the first Snapshots of 1.7 the /summon Command was added - and it is SO AWESOME! You are now able to Spawn and Despawn Structures like you could do before using custom spawners - but with way less lag since you can use Command Blocks instead of Spawners now.

Please watch the video to the end before complaining about the Filter not working for you. Thare are some things you must do manually, for example activating the Cooldown Counter (sometimes) and adding your own Ability Listeners.
