I've created a Minecraft Modification that allows you to add Command Blocks to Groups. Each group has a Title and a Color which you can select. This makes it easier to keep an overview when creating big Command Block Contraptions.

Please watch the video to the end before complaining about the Filter not working for you. Thare are some things you must do manually, for example activating the Cooldown Counter (sometimes) and adding your own Ability Listeners.
