We're looking at both the Sparmax Arism and Arism Viz oil-less single piston air compressors for hobby airbrushing. We compare the two models and focus mainly on the Sparmax Arism Viz.
The Arism Viz retails for approx’ £180GBP - the price at time of publishing the video.
Here's a bit more info:
The working pressure runs from 0 psi to 50 psi.
The “Smart Stop” airbrush holder acts as a switch turning the unit off and on depending on usage without loss of pressure. That's like having the stable airflow of a tank but in a compact unit. There is a bleed valve as the unit holds a constant pressure of 50psi, lower than that and you’ll hear the air bleeding out.
It comes with the following:
A "Silver Bullet Plus” moisture trap and integral, micro regulator and air bleed valve
A 2-metre Braided hose (1/8" fittings all around)
An airbrush holder with sticky tape (for the “Smart Stop” holder/switch socket)
Detachable power cord, 12V DC adaptor & plug
Built-in pressure gauge.
The air flow is 0.57 - 0.64 cfm at open flow (16-18 ppm)
Size: L20 x W12 x H18 cm
Weight: 2.5 kgs
Voltage: 100-240V.
