Optimizing for cycles. It's a bit hacky, but it's also really fast. I know I could speed it up a little more if I could just figure out the perfect timing of "-" and "out" between the two layers to cut out wait cycles. Because of the wait cycles, the two colors don't run at the same speed. Any techniques to speed it up a little bit wind up throwing off the timing.
