This is the new vomiting animation in TF2, currently unused. It was added for the Engineer as part of the Australian Christmas (2011) update. Probably it was intended to be used when wearing the fly Halloween costume, since it tries to play a script called Taunt.Engineer10FlyVomit (with a nonexistent sound taunt_eng_fly_vomit.wav).
