Originally released in 2008 on the Nintendo DS and PSP and Xbox Live Arcade in 2009 and Steam in 2018 comes the proper reboot of Space Invaders known as Space Invaders Extreme. Who would've thought I do a playthrough to a Space Invaders game? Also, has anyone ever heard of Space Invaders Invasion Day from 2002? That failed reboot has been long forgotten about. Anyways, I enjoyed my time playing this one. Never actually played this game on my DS, but now experiencing this 17 year old game for the first time. I'd say, it's probably the best Space Invaders game in this franchise next to it's sequel.
